Product information is best located on the white sticker attached to your product. Below are instructions on where you can locate this information.

Please note: Due to safety reasons, it is essential that the information you submit is accurate to the product in your home. Parts are not universal due to differing countries and dates of manufacture.

WHERE TO FIND THE PRODUCT INFORMATION

CRIBS WITH WOODEN BASEBOARDS: Bottom right hand corner of the mattress baseboard

CRIBS WITH METAL BASES: Interior part of the headboard/footboard

CHESTS: On the back panel of the chest. As this piece is reversible it may be facing outward/inward.

CHANGE TABLES: On one of the shelf boards, for changers with a drawer, remove the drawer and look underneath the top shelf.

GLIDERS: Underside of the Glider seat or Ottoman Base. If model numbers are different on the Glider and the Ottoman, please provide both.

TODDLER BEDS/YOUTH BEDS/BUNK BEDS: On the inside of the headboard/footboard

ACTIVITY WALKERS: On the base of the walker

Please take photos of the damaged pieces and the white sticker and send to customercare@storkcraft.com. We will then be able to match these with your web order for Quality Control purposes.
